Is Astermax fortune-telling or astrology?
No. Astermax is positioned as productivity and wellness software for journaling, tracking, and planning. Moon phases are used as a calendar rhythm and reflection structure, not as predictions or fortune-telling.
Does Astermax predict my future?
No. Astermax does not predict specific future events, tell you what will happen, or guarantee outcomes. It provides prompts, summaries, and planning tools for self-reflection.
Is this medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice?
No. Astermax is a lifestyle, journaling, and self-reflection tool. It is not therapy, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, or a substitute for qualified professional support.

How does personalization work?
Personalization comes from the check-ins, journal entries, tags, and tracking data you choose to record. Astermax can use that history to show summaries, pattern reviews, and prompts that fit your own rhythm.
Can I use Astermax without entering personal tracking data?
Yes. You can use the moon phase calendar, basic prompts, and general planning surfaces with little or no personal history. Pattern reviews become more useful when you choose to add check-ins over time.
How do I install Astermax?
Astermax installs from the website to your home screen. It opens like an app, stays light on your phone, and updates automatically in the background.
What can I track?
The product direction centers on mood, energy, sleep, focus, creativity, stress, rest, social battery, notes, and daily reflection. The exact tracking fields may evolve as the app is developed.
Privacy & Data
What data do you store?
We store your account information for authentication, plus the journal entries, check-ins, tags, ratings, notes, summaries, and subscription status needed to provide the Service. Payment card details are handled by a Merchant of Record payment partner, not stored by Astermax.
Do you use my journal entries to train AI models?
No. Astermax does not use your personal data, journal entries, or check-in history to train AI or machine learning models.
Billing
What happens if I cancel?
You keep paid access until your current billing period ends. After that, free features remain available, and paid summaries, advanced pattern reviews, or premium planning tools may no longer update.
When does the trial start?
Your 14-day free trial starts when you create your Moon Journal profile or begin the first trial-gated product flow, as described in the app. You will not be charged during the trial.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Our launch policy is a 14-day refund window from any paid charge. See our Refund Policy for details.
Who handles payment details?
Checkout is handled by a Merchant of Record payment partner. Astermax does not store card numbers or process card details directly.
